A Door that Shows Personality Perfectly along side Traditional Styling

What made you want to change your existing door? Our door was flimsy, badly fitted and most importantly very, very ugly! .

How easy was it to design your dream door? So easy! Ben came out to visit and take initial measurements. I flicked through a catalogue and saw my Dream Door instantly!  

What was most important to you when it came to features of your door? E.g, Security, Thermal efficiency, Style? Whilst style was definitely a huge factor in choosing our door I would have to say security played the biggest part. I’ve been burgled before and it helps me to sleep soundly at night knowing our door is secure for years to come. 

Our campaign is around banishing your bad door: What did you term ‘bad’ about your door? Our old door was truly hideous! It was a grimy UPVC thing with ugly little windows in it. Plus it wouldn’t shut properly and you’d have to slam it over and over again, very unpleasant. 

Why did you choose the style & colour of your door? I wanted something traditional as our house is over 100 years old. We also overlook a green, serene space so I wanted something soft and light to reflect that. 

How were Kettell during the process of designing & deciding on your door & windows? Kettell were fantastic through the whole process, I can’t recommend them enough!

Now your door & windows are installed what do you think?!

We LOVE it!!!

How did you find things on the install day? Our Install wasn’t the most simple of installs and it took all day for the door to be fitted. This was becuase our house is so old, there’s not a straight line in it! The guys worked tirelessly and didn’t stop to get it sorted. 

How were the fitters? The fitters were amazing, so hard working, polite, determined!

Were you shown how to use the door & explained how to maintain it? Yes, we were thoroughly shown how to treat our door with the upmost care. 

What is your overall impression of the Door/Benchmark Brand? Overall I am so impressed! The door feels so sturdy, looks great and has improved the curb appeal of our house 1000 times over! 

Would you recommend Benchmark^®  Composite Doors? / Kettell? Yes 100%, I have already recommended you to several people!
