What made you want to change your existing doors? The existing doors which were installed when the house was built were old and letting in drafts.

How easy was it to design your dream door?  Very easy, visited the showroom, saw the doors we liked and ordered them.

What was most important to you when it came to features of your door? E.g, Security, Thermal efficiency, Style? The most important was style and how it looked on the front of the house, but it needed to be secure and thermally efficient as well.

Our campaign is around banishing your bad door: What did you term ‘bad’ about your door?  They let in drafts and some problems with locking.

You came to visit the showroom to finalise your design, how beneficial was it to come & see the product? Visiting the showroom was essential, I do not feel you can buy something like a door online and not see it in reality.

Why did you choose the style & colour of your door? We chose a door and colour which were in keeping with the style of the house.

How were Kettell during the process of designing & deciding on your door? Kettell were very helpful and kept us well informed, giving lots of advice. During the process we were also kepy fully informed with regular updates.

How did you find things on the install day? The fitters arrived on the date and at the time arranged.

How were the fitters? Very efficient, non intrusive and helpful and they left no mess.

Were you shown how to use the door & explained how to maintain it? Yes
