Benchmark Composite Door Competition September 2023 – Terms & Conditions

Introduction

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by KETTELL WINDOWS LTD.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants who are homeowners and over 18 years of age. KETTELL WINDOWS LTD employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

The competition is limited to one entry per person and is completely free to enter.

Entries will only be valid once the entry form has been completed and full contact details including (Forename, Surname, E-mail address, Contact Telephone Number) and home property details including (House number, Street Name, Town, and Postcode) have been provided.

The competition is limited to homeowners within the LE postcode area.

The Prize

The winning prize will be your chosen design from the Solar Calibre Benchmark Composite Door range and will include full installation, FENSA registration as well as the removal of the old door and frame.

The use of specific brands as prizes by KETTELL WINDOWS LTD does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so. This might occur if your chosen door design is not suitable for your property.

KETTELL WINDOWS LTD’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

How To Enter

1) Follow the link to our online competition entry form and ensure you complete all fields.

2) You will receive an email confirmation of you entry into the competition.

3) Following checks by Kettell on your initial entry you will receive details and a link to design your dream door. Once submitted we will confirm you full design specification for your chosen Dream door.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random and live during our Showroom Open weekend on Saturday 30th September. If the winner is not present, then they will be notified by telephone within 24 hours of the winning announcement.

KETTELL WINDOWS LTD will make two attempts to contact the winner via telephone.

If the winner does not respond to the telephone calls informing them of their win within 7 days of the second call, they forfeit their right to the prize, and KETTELL WINDOWS LTD reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The prize will be subject to an onsite survey that will be conducted within 14 days of the notification of the win. The installation date will be subject to production lead times and our KETTELL WINDOWS LTD’s installation schedule.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition can be used by KETTELL WINDOWS LTD for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy. Exact property address details will be protected.

The winner agrees to full documentation by photography and video of the installation and finished product, both inside and outside the property.

The winner’s first name and town of residence will be announced on KETTELL WINDOWS LTD’s website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

KETTELL WINDOWS LTD accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

The competition opens on 12.00 pm Thursday 14th September and entries close at 11.59 pm on Friday 29th September. Any entries received outside of these dates will not be counted.

The winning prize is capped at a value of £2,500 including VAT. In the case of a door design that exceeds this amount, the winner will have the option to modify their chosen design to meet the prize limit or have the option to pay in full the outstanding amount and before the order can be confirmed.

The installation is subject to our standard Installation Terms and Conditions and Installation Guarantee.

KETTELL WINDOWS LTD reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
