Buying direct from Kettell Windows as a trade customer
At Kettell, we don’t believe in simply supplying windows and doors. You can be certain we’ll go the extra mile to ensure you get the doors and windows most appropriate for your job:
1. Access to the best advice on uPVC and aluminium framed doors and windows
It takes time-served knowledge to interpret an order and help you choose the most appropriate and compliant option. Our team has a full understanding of the latest legislation, and can offer advice on trickle vents, safety glass, and fire escapes etc.
The doors and windows we supply are the same products we supply directly to consumers, so you can be assured they meet the same exceptional levels of quality.
We’re also happy to offer advice on styles, whether you’re interested in a composite, bi-fold or patio door, or you’re choosing a coloured window frame of Agate Grey, Irish Oak, Anthracite Grey, White Foiled, Chartwell Green, or Rosewood.

Whilst we don’t offer our own surveys or measuring services to trade customers, we’re on the end of a phone to offer advice on this too, helping you get it right first time.
2. A one-stop-shop for quality window and door sundries
We offer Silicone, trims, foam, packers and cleaning materials to take the hassle out of dealing with different suppliers. Our investment in only the highest quality products means very little adjustment is required onsite. The best bit? It saves you valuable time and aftercare call backs since you’re not having to adjust the sashes and hinges or move keeps and locks.
3. Same day ordering
We understand the speed you need to work at when you’re installing a window or door. Once we’ve quoted you a price, we’re happy to accept your order on the same day. With more than one delivery in a week, we can afford to offer you that flexibility.
4. Free delivery
We simply agree a convenient time for free local delivery to your customer’s site. Please note: orders under £1,000 where delivery is outside a 15-mile radius of our East Goscote site address will be subject to a pre-agreed charge.
5. Recycling uPVC frames
We’re proud to support a cleaner double glazing industry. Where your job is replacing old uPVC frames, we are happy to recycle the same number as you have ordered. Simply contact us to arrange a drop-off time at the Kettell site at East Goscote, and we will make suitable arrangements with our certified collector.
6. After-sales support you can rely on
It might be that you need to tap into our technical advice on windows and doors. Or want to know what would be the best add-on products like cylinders and hinges. Or, as is rarely the case, seek replacement of damaged or faulty parts. We’re known for our no-nonsense, no-blame approach to sorting any issues and helping you get back to the job in hand. Where a re-make is needed, we will often build it on the same day.
